UDDI Browser

Update (12/8/2005). I have been working on a web version of the UDDI Browser. It contains most of the features of the Java Swing version (other than the advanced query), allowing you to query, write content and providing you with MyUDDI. It also has the advantage of you not having to install any software to browse public UDDI registries (such as Microsoft's). Please give it a try here. If you like it, would like to see any changes or additions, please email me at alex_holmes@users.sourceforge.net. Thanks!

The following content pertains to the Java Swing version of the UDDI Browser.

Current Version: 0.2 (beta)
Release Date: November, 2004

UDDI Browser is an open-source project that provides a friendly user interface allowing users to browse and manipulate content in UDDI registries.   It is written in Java using the Swing libraries.  Currently the browser supports version 2.0 UDDI registries.

The UDDI Browser supports the entire UDDI API for managing registries, including the whole query API set, and create/update/delete support for all entities in UDDI. It also has a host of features to make the UDDI users and administrators life easier, including query persistence, My UDDI support, and administrator utilities to aid in registry maintenance.

Its inception was born out of the author's frustration at existing UDDI browsers, that were either proprietary, or generally just didn't have the basic features or ease of use required to manage UDDI entities.

UDDI Browser is released under the GPL license.
